Presentations skills training classes are provided across the country via public open enrollment classes in most major metropolitan areas throughout the US and Canada and can also be delivered on-site via private presentations classes. Our presentation skills training classes can be provided as off-the-shelf seminars, ready to be delivered to a diverse audience or can be customized to provide a tailored presentation approach or in house presentation training classes based on client needs. All presentations classes are limited to a maximum of twelve participants so as to increase the presentation training class or classes effectiveness and provide the individual level of presentation coaching and interaction that is associated with the Presentations Skills Training Center.

Presentation Training Class - Mastering the Technical Aspects of Making a Presentation

Besides mastering aspects of making a presentation document by a particular application, it would be ideal if you also understand various matters pertaining to the technical aspects surrounding the presentation. Some of them are about the devices needed to present a presentation, the supporting device that you can choose, as well as techniques to use.

The followings are some things you should understand about the mastery of technical aspects:

The selection of computer equipment

The role of computer is very dominant for a smooth presentation session. The considerations for selecting a computer device are related to the technical specification of computer, the type of computers, the completeness of attached technology devices, and the operating system and supporting applications in it.

The selection of storage media

Storage media is not only limited to the existing hard drive in your PC. Consider the terms of portability, flexibility, and mobility of storage media for your presentation document. Consider the use of pieces of optical disks, USB Flash Memory, or even the network server.

The selection of display device

The display device of presentation is not only limited to the OHP. Consider the use of LCD Projector, DLP Projector, or Dual/ Multi Monitor for presentation. Determine also the type of screen that is best suited to your needs.

The selection of supporting tool

Adequate sound system is a prerequisite for the presentation. Determine the type of sound system device that is flexible, but has optimal power. Consider also the use of laser pointers to accompany your presentation session. Provide the camera on a presentation room for your documentation need, especially if you want to redistribute the presentation moments that are quite important for your colleagues.
