Presentation Classes: Good Design is Key to Effective Presentations

Be attractive to your clients. Catch their eyes. That is what your marketing tools should do when they are presented to your target clients. Your folders are one of the first tools your target clients will see about you, your business, and what you can do. Hence, it would be the most representative of your business just like your business cards.

The marketplace is full of businesses, not only of those in the same industry as yours, but also other types that bombard your target clients with information day in and day out. Hence, your folders should be able to catch the undivided attention particularly of your target clients.

Indeed, what your target clients will see the very first time is not your marketing tools; it is the presentation folder printing that holds your promotional materials. Your presentation folder then can be the very thing that can make or break your business. It can be the one thing that will allow your target clients to read more of what you have or to simply throw you away to the garbage bin.

The one thing that your presentation folder can do is to provide your target clients with the positive impact that can make them remember you and be interested in what you have to offer. So how do you create a presentation folder that can grab the attention of your target clients?

First, add color to your design. Your presentation folder printer can help you apply the colors that can make your design brilliant and exceptional. You can be different with a black-and-white folder; but for how long? Color as studies have shown, makes it easier for people to take in and retain an idea more than the words or text. So use your shades to help your target clients remember your message.

Now think about your design in the inside. How much can you put in your pockets? Would they be able to hold all your brochures or booklets? Or can they just hold single sheets of paper such as your flyers, postcards and business letters? A specialty folder might even be more appropriate for your needs if you are going to fit inside marketing collaterals of multiple pages. You can also add a slit or pocket that can hold a CD or DVD that can carry your presentation.

Next, consider your size. As always, you can use your imagination to create the size and shape you want for you presentation folders. There's no rule that tells you to stick to the standard dimensions. The key is to figure out your dimensions first so you can consider all the elements you can apply to your presentation folder printing. Just remember that the more out of the ordinary your dimensions and elements, the more it would cost you when you finally print your folders.

Just remember that your presentation folder represents who you are and your business. It is the reflection of your overall brand, and each of the elements presented in the folder is a symbol of your brand image. From your color, to your slogan and message - everything has a significance that embodies what you want your target clients see of you and your business. Your choice of these elements would determine the image that would make an impact on your target clients.
